RIGHTING IT FOR O’NEILL BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE FOR HIM

O’Neill never made it right. He never expressed any regret to anyone that I know. He never to this day has apologized to the erstwhile elders of Campus Church such as Mark Behlen, Scott Colomb, Leighton Carlson, Bob Richardson (My apologies for misspelling some names — but you know who I mean).

THIS IS WHAT PROVES THAT O’NEILL IS A GUILTY MAN. This lack of any regret, even a hint of apology. No sir, a self-righteous man never apologizes.

I am under no delusions, that this man who never expressed any regret, let alone an apology, to his close circle of friends who sacrificed and worked hard for him will ever say anything meaningful to anyone else.

Vile men are known to have pleasant persona. Once O’Neill knew that he could fool hundreds of young, spiritually inclined American with his pleasant persona he became an exploiter. Ask any one who has been in a “leadership” position. They will tell you upfront how easy it is to manipulate those who are willing to listen.

Especially when the listeners are waiting to hear the “word of God.” Deceivers know how to tap into this vulnerability. O’Neill, from day one, know how to exploit this vulnerability.

Which is why I have come to expose this man. Some will say let bygones be bygones. Others, still mired in in mind numbing religion would say, “Let God take care of this man on the day of judgement.”

To them I say NO. Bygones are bygones where there is regret, where there is sorrow expresses, where there is sincere apology.

O’NEILL HAS NO SUCH REGRET, NO SORROW NO APOLOGY TO THOUSANDS HE HARMED IN MINNEAPOLIS AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THEIR UNSPEAKABLE SACRIFICE.

To the religiously inclined there might be justice in the other world. For me that is a blank check that no one has ever cashed.

My objective is two fold. 1. To let O’Neill know that he has not been able to fool all forever

2. To expose this man and ask him to fess up and apologize.

THIS IS NOT FOR ME. IT IS FOR O’NEILL. THOSE WHO HAVE SYMPATHY STILL FOR O’NEILL SHOULD CARE FOR HIS SOUL. HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT THIS MAN IS OK IN THE EYES OF GOD WHEN HE DID SO MUCH HARM TO CHRIST’S FAMILY AND CHRIST’S CHURCH IN MINNEAPOLIS? DO YOU NOT WANT THIS MAN TO BE MADE RIGHT BEFORE HE SEES THAT DAY FROM WHICH THERE WILL BE NO RETURN??

Come on Christians! Do you not care for the soul of O’Neill? Would you let him face the judgement thinking that he is OK just because he swears by Jesus Christ? Is that enough?

As far as I know for Jesus Christ the biggest sin was hypocrisy. This man needs to be saved from his hypocrisy. His group of followers and enablers who did not demand accounting from him are the ones who are making sure that O’Neill goes to hell deluded that he is the favorite of Jesus Christ.

But how can O’Neill be right with Jesus Christ? If he was would he had abandoned Christ’s children in Minneapolis and not shed a tear? Can you not see the contradiction here?

Even if none of you replies to me. Even if I do not get a single reaction. It is not going to stop me from exposing this vile man and his wrongs for which he has never expressed regret and has never sincerely apologized.

Hello there! The objective of this site is to bring together ex-members of the now extinct Campus Church of Minneapolis.  “Pastor” “Reverend” Ernest O’Neill founded and ran this Church from approximately 1974 to 1984. Christian Corp International (CCI) was (it still exist!) the ‘business wing” of Campus Church.

This site has nothing to do with present day Campus Churches on various U.S. Universities.

The  Campus Church this sites refers to no longer exists.  However, its “Pastor,” Ernest O’Neill, resurrected himself in Raleigh, North Carolina.  O’Neill’s reprehensible past is the main subject of this site.

Bravo, O’Neill!!  You have manged to fool quite a few all the time!!  You need not fear God because in your heart you know there is NO God.  Which is why you have never cared to apologize for your ignominious conduct back in Minneapolis.  You did not even care for your former “elders.”  Let alone those miserable people who worked for you day in and day out and did all your dirty work in the Garden Court Building.  In the last 30 years, have you ever cared to find out as to what happened to any of these whom you deserted when you ignominiously fled from Minneapolis?  Of course, that is not a Pastor’s job.  Why should a pastor care? Correct? Which is why I assert that if you have any shame left in your old limbs do not ever call your self a “pastor.”

Do you have any decency sir?  I guess in your world, decency is not a requirement.
How can a normal, decent person not have any regrets? I challenge anyone to correct me here. Tell me if O’Neill ever expressed any remorse for the tragedy he was hundred percent responsible for in Minneapolis.

Nothing reveals O’Neill’s hypocrisy more than his so-called business “philosophy.” As said in my other post, O’Neill’s only mission in life was (and is) to make himself financially secure. The hypocrisy lies in the egregious distortion of scripture to fit his own selfish ambitions.

To justify his worldly ambition (to be financially secure), O’Neill does the classic trick. He arbitrarily connects randomly lifted Biblical verses to justify his personal businesses ambitions. Here is the blurb from his Website about Christian Corps International, the deceptive name he has provided for his business activities:

Christian Business International is an organ of Christian Corps International.
CCI is a federation of international businesses that are at Christ’s disposal.
Their primary purpose is His filling the earth and subduing it: this transposes the
power and purpose of work from man (Genesis 3:19) to God (Genesis 1:28)
and radically affects every area of business.

Wow! O’Neill speaks and God listens! Even if God does not, certainly his followers do. Experience, however, has taught me that the followers are actually not following their leader. The leader merely spells out the followers desires and expectations. Once the follower hears what he/she has been harboring in his/her own mind, it RINGS a bell. The leader’s words sound nothing but godly. The followers are following their own ambitions.

O’Neill, like all other religious and other ring leaders, is a master of “wording” what the followers want to hear.

Look at the above scriptural distortion. Obviously, Genesis 1:28 (the blessing of God) happens before Genesis 3:19 (the curse of God). What O’Neill is claiming here would make the holiest shudder. O’Neill is claiming that the curse of God is removed by simply opening a modern day business! What is this “power and purpose of work?” Man did not chose to be cursed. Even if that is correct that the curse of God was brought upon mankind by a willful act, even then WHAT MAKES O’NELL THINKS THAT HE HAS THE POWER TO REMOVE THIS CURSE?!!

Yet, O’Neill thinks by simply putting his business to “Christ’s disposal” he and his followers automatically enter into the biblical blessing!!

If this theological claim is not kooky enough for you, examine O’Neill’s worldly claims. “CCI is federation of International Businesses.” Really? The only businesses in this “international federation” are those owned by O’Neill!! I challenge O’Neill to show any other business affiliation in this “federation” in which he does not have personal ownership.

The question is who owns “Christian Business International or Christian Corps International?”

For years O’Neill operated CCI in Minneapolis. Who were the owners of CCI? This was bandied as a “non-profit organization.” However, the fact was O’Neill never shared ownership with anyone. Which is why when he fled Minneapolis, deserting his band of Campus Church elders, he took the CCI brand with him and was able to resurrect it in Raleigh, NC.

O’Neill, you do not have the ethical integrity to tell the world who owns CCI? If you did then there will be something about it on your website. But even WORLD INVISIBLE, which is supposedly a religious/spiritual site, has .COM (commerce) at the end of its domain name.

For O’Neill spirituality and religion always has been about COMMERCE. This is what exposes this man to what he is—a small business owner masquerading as a “Pastor.” A man who has never cared for anyone except himself. Which is why in my very first post I said, this man can call himself whatever he wants. But if has the slightest bit of conscience in him (which he does not) he will not designate himself as the Pastor.

O’Neill continues to exploit and molest young people spiritually. In this respect he is on the same level as those Catholic priests who have sexually molested children. The tragedy is that while many of these Catholic priests have been brought to justice, O’Neill will never be indicted let alone convicted of any crime.

Nevertheless, O’Neill is worse than these Catholic priests. Mr. O’Neill you will never stand trial for your innumerable crimes. However, the Internet has exposed you.

You also know the passive attitude of thousands of Christians. You know these Christians will leave you alone because they will leave things for God to judge. Not me. I know who you are Mr. And none of your business claims will give you that respectability that you have manged to acquire in your own little world where you are surrounded by your sick followers like Myron Kliever, Greg Lietschcu (sorry I could never spell his last name), Dan Schafer, and Colleen Donahue, Lucy Blomfield, Martha Nelson and the rest.

O’Neill continues to spew nonsense. His sermon on FAITH is a good example.  To be fair,  O’Neill is not the only theistic teacher who spits nonsense about “faith.” 

What is glaring about O’Neill’s little sermon on faith is its sheer inanity.  When I recently re-read his sermon on faith after so many years, I remembered what an idiot I must have been to believe in such nonsense.

O’Neill starts rightly (as many theologians do) that thinking people are skeptical about faith. He also rightly points out that faith is believing in something which we know is either untrue or simply cannot be true.

The key question that O’Neill skirts (just as all theologians do) WHY DO WE NEED FAITH?  IS FAITH A LEGITIMATE METHOD OF ACQUIRING KNOWLDEGE?    Right here is where O’Neill brings in the red herring.  O’Neill, like most typical theologians does not tacke this basic question asked above.  O’Neill quickly tells us, “that is not what faith is.” (a legitimate means of acqiring knowldege as opposed to reason).  Then in a very strange twist,  O’Neill jumps from FAITH to TRUST.  Faith has nothing to do with acquiring knowledge.  Faith simply means trust, the kind of trust that a child has for her mother or parent.

There you go world.  Faith has no conflict with knowledge because it simply means trusting with the mental attitude of an infant.  Problem solved, the inane O’Neill way!

FACT:  Mr. O’Neill either pretends that he is dumb or he is an idiot who thinks he can impress worse idiots than him.   Faith is necessary because without this thing called faith theology will be impossible.  Faith comes in only by usurping and supplanting human reason and experience.  Faith comes in by creating doubt (skepticism) that human mind is sufficient.  Faith comes in by creating an illusion that there is a world outside of our senses — this illusory world — the world invisible.

By the way, did anyone notice the contradiction in O’Neill’s website?  First, true to O’Neill’s character, even a “spiritual” site end in dot com.  (Commerce has always been O’Neill’s number one priority.)

Second, how can anyone in his or her right mind say that there is a world out there which cannot be apprehended by human senses (which indeed is invisible) and then turn around and make the stupid claim that “I have seen this world!!!” “And I know such an unseen world exists.”

That is exactly what O’Neill and his slavish enablers are saying to the world.  An utterly nonsensical claim.  None of these people have “experienced” anything of this “invisible” world, because by their own definition it is outside the human realm.  Yet, these deluded people claim that they have “touched” and “apprehended” this “invisible world.”  It does not take a genius to know that this a contradictory, false claim.

This is indeed where faith comes in.  Once the “inadequacy” of the human mind is affirmed, faith is the only way to apprehend this “other invisible world.”  The only problem here is that since none of them (including O’Neill) has experienced the “world invisible” one must “trust” O’Neill and the wonderful experience of “reality” he had years ago.

Which is what all religious leaders, gurus and prophets have demanded.  An attitude of trust and humility from their followers.  Because without such an attitude faith cannot be learned.

If you still cannot see through this guy and the bunch of “yes men” that surround him, then I cannot help you.

O’Neill has been falsely telling his listener’s that Einstein, the imminent scientist was a believer in God.  This is a false implication and a wrong conclusion about Einstein’s belief.False:  It is outright a falsehood, because Einstein never even hinted that he believed in the Biblical God.  Einstein, thus, never subscribed to the silly stories of creation found in the Genesis.

Some of you will ask the obvious: WHY NOW? Why can’t bygones be bygones?

Three big reasons:
1. This shameless man never apologized to the immense wrongs he did to thousands in Minneapolis.
2. He continues to do the same old, same old, reincarnating himself in Raleigh, North Carolina.
3. Justice needs to be done.

It is about time folks! Thirty years plus is a long time. Note, I have Pastor in “quotes” because, first, it is a self-acquired title. Second, the title “Pastor” is associated with qualities which Earnest O’Neill does not posses. Qualities such as love, caring, empathy, and honesty.  It is an insult to humanity to call this man a “Pastor.”  I will be calling him O’Neill.  Remember, one way how the deceivers acquire respectability is to add titles to their names.  Religion gives respectability to scoundrels by such title as “reverend,” “pastor.” “holy” and so forth.

This is a tactic to subconsciously put your mind in a “respectful state.”  This allows religious office holders to obtain undeserved respect.  Additionally, such titles before one’s name protects them from criticism or just plain human scrutiny.  After all who but an arrogant fool will question the “holy father!”

Therefore, this or any other “reverend” does not awe me.   This was not the state of my mind when I was deep into religion.  Thank goodness, I am free.  Which is why I am concerned about truth.  Which is why I have decided to use the blessing of the internet to expose this man.

HUMAN RESPONSIBILITY

I know many of you realized who Earnest O’Neill is.  You have told me so personally.  Which is why you did not follow him to North Carolina when he ran with all the loot.  Nevertheless, many of you have told me that you have left this human tragedy in “God’s good hands.” With all due respect, crimes cannot be left in “God’s good hands.”  Which is why we have a justice system.  O’Neill’s crimes were worse than what ordinary criminals do.  Not addressing them is a crime in itself.  I am guilty of that myself.  Because I have remained silent.  To leave such human affairs of this earth into “God’s hands” is an easy and, to be honest, a lazy way out.  IT ACCOMPLISHES NOTHING.

Judgment or no judgment.  We already know that in real terms O’Neill will never pay for his crimes.  The greatest satisfaction he has is that he smugly reestablished himself.  This is his proof that he did nothing wrong.  “O’Neill, you have hidden yourself behind the garb of religiosity and behind your enablers.  Your days of hiding are over O’Neill.”  Thanks to the Internet.  O’Neill, you can no longer hide.

THE DECEPTION
O’Neill’s deceptions can fill an encyclopedia. O’Neill’s number one tactic is deceiving the young idealists who are looking for a higher purpose and spiritual fulfillment. Using hypocritical dramatic acts and generating a narrative about himself accomplishes that. So may of us fell for that narrative. O’Neill talks of his intense, personal, spiritual experience he had years ago while he was a young man. This “experience” changed his life. The believability is imparted by the fact that when he had this “experience” with God, he was a Methodist minister. This experience revealed to him the hollowness of the organized churches such as the Methodists.

O’Neill decided to leave the organized church but not until he got permanent resident status in USA through the Methodist church. He had no compunction in betraying his sponsors who enabled him to come to America! No one ever questioned that because the young, idealists who are themselves disillusioned with organized churches, cannot see O’Neill’s betrayal to the Methodist church. Clever as he is, O’Neill actually used this to bolster his spirituality claims. The first deception worked.

O’Neill never had to worry about paying his monthly bills. The methodist church sponsorship helped his spouse get a green card. O’Neill made sure that he has an earning spouse. His wife is dentist. Therefore, if anything were to happen financially she was O’Neill’s financial fall back. Having himself put in financially secure circumstance, O’Neill has always been ready to play with other people’s life. From here on, O’Neill would not think about anybody else’s financial circumstances.

O’Neill always had the credit cards for himself, which he could easily obtain because of his spouse’s income. To the rest he would offer the God card. It worked! Here is how.

O’Neill founded the Campus Church in mid seventies. This was the post-Vietnam era. It was a time when many young persons were seeking spiritual comfort and healing. In other words it was the right time for spiritual deceiver. Snagging a few hundred idealist, young men and women, was not at all a problem for O’Neill. Campus Church prospered. So did O’Neill. He bought a lovely home in Wyzata, an expansive suburb of Minneapolis and drove a luxury car. What about the rest? They lived in improvised, sub-standard housing and got by with clunkers!

Be that as it may, this is not about sub-standard housing or clunkers!  This is about making right.
